4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within the UK and internationally.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for any customs/import duties.
• All products are designed and hand-finished in the UK using imported materials (sourced from the UK,Spain,Japan,and rest of Asia).
• Each item is assembled and quality-checked in the UK before shipping.
• Orders are usually prepared within 2–7 business days from the date of payment, with a maximum preparation time of 7 business days.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. While we monitor shipments closely, delays caused by couriers, customs, or geopolitical circumstances are beyond our control and are not our responsibility.

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.
• Custom/personalised products may be excluded.
