1. Right of Return

• You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the date of payment, in accordance with UK consumer law.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and condition.

• Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used at checkout.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

• You may send your return by certified/tracked shipping or by standard/untracked shipping.

4. Responsibility for Returns

• If you choose tracked/certified shipping, you will have proof of delivery.

• If you choose standard/untracked shipping, you accept full responsibility and risk of loss or non-delivery. We will process your refund if the parcel arrives, but we cannot accept liability for packages lost in transit without tracking.
