• Each order is produced by hand. Normal processing time is 2–4 business days from the date of payment.

• We always aim to ship as quickly as possible — in many cases orders are ready to dispatch within 24–48 hours.

• During busy periods, holidays, or exceptional circumstances, processing times may take up to the full 4 business days.

• UK (Royal Mail / courier): estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.

• Europe: estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International delivery times may vary depending on location, customs and postal services.
